We all like to read and hear stories of how God is working in the lives of others, especially how God has answered prayer. It gives us confidence that God will answer our prayers in His timing, in His way, according to His will, as well.

I would like to offer a free copy of Grandparenting with a Purpose to five people who send me a story of how God has answered their prayers in regards to their grandchildren I could share anonymously on my website. Please send your stories to me at info@grandparentingwithapurpose.com.

It saddens my heart to read the prayer requests of many grandparents grieving about the bad choices their grandchildren have made. However, recently I heard a story of how God answered a grandparent’s prayer for their young adult grandchild. She have moved back home to her family and acknowledged her need to walk with the Lord again. When we give our concerns, thoughts, and desires for our grandchildren to God, we will be amazed how He will answer our prayers, in His way, in His timing, according to His will. He already knows our thoughts. However, He is waiting for us to bring our thoughts and requests to Him with joyful expectation. God delights in hearing our prayers just as we love to have our grandchildren come running to us and say “Hi, Grammy, or Hi, Papa.” It is exciting when we see God answering prayers in the lives of our grandchildren.

Don’t forget to send me your stories. I’ll be anxiously waiting to receive them.

Hi there, our first G@P event known as Grandparenting Connect, went well. It was such a blessing to be able to pray together , so many needs! we do not realise what burdens people are carrying.
I would be happy for you to share the answer to prayer that I sent you last week re our grand-daughter. Thrilled to tell you she is currently away on Youth Camp as a leader! God is so good turning around situations as we trust Him.
Our eldest grandson will graduate on 25th June from Bible College with a degree in Theology. he is going to join the church where his father is pastoring, as associate pastor. His younger brother is currently doing an internship in Australia and will return in december to become the Youth Pastor in the aame church. We rejoice in God’s faithfulness to us as a family. nGod bless you, Eunice
